I want to install Ubuntu on a fully encrypted file system with XTS*. This isn't an option from the installer. How do I do it?

I will have separate partitions for:
/boot
/
/home
/var
/tmp
swap

all encrypted except /boot of course.

I would also like to consider using cyptmount... (know nothing about it yet)

*XTS is XEX-based Tweaked CodeBook mode (TCB) with CipherText Stealing (CTS).
