Laptop graphics

I am thinking of buying a laptop with Intel® GMA 4500MHD graphics card onboard, does anyone know if this will run ( without any noticeable slowness ) the fancy effects in compiz/kde4?
My other choice is an nvidia 9200, much better or worse?

Look to the right column and this will give you an idea of where each graphics card is placed relative to one another, and the full specs, benchmarks etc...

Check also that your card is supported by the various drivers you may want to use....
