I need help changing my kernel....I think.

I'm trying to play WoW and my FPS is stupid low, 2 and 4 fps. But my latency is extremely low too - 50ms. When this was a Vista machine, I ran about 15fps but also ran 150-200ms latency.

I've been reading about kernels and I believe I have a low latency kernel installed and I would like to change it since the lower latency is effecting my fps....Any ideas?
