I had Ubuntu 8.04 and it was working excellently until i installed Windows XP. So naturally, it messed up the GRUB. I don't have Ubuntu Live CD now. neither my connection can let me download one. Is there any option to fix GRUB?
My friend downloaded 8.04 for me... so i burnt it on CD and booted... but this setup doesn't has the LIVE option. Will this CD be of any help?
Question 2: Is GRUB installable without any Ubuntu CD. I mean any way to download it and install somehow?
