I noticed that in Compiz you can make a screen corner do a few things, but is it possible to choose a command to execute?
Basically, what I want to do is make it so that when I go to the top right corner of the screen, it runs a specific command.

Can't recommend anything, but a google for "mouse gestures gnome" gives a coupe of results you may find useful.

There is an app for this, you make a mouse gesture and it runs a command for that gesture, but i forgot the name :D google it.

I have tried mouse gestures, but that's not what I'm looking for. What I want is for my mouse to simply be in the corner of the screen and it will run a command.

Brigthsides will do exactly what you want.

I figured it out.
Since I upgraded to Jaunty, there is an updated Compiz Settings Manager, so I was able to use the command section to add that.
