Reinstall grub boot loader (assuring dual boot into vista)

I was using vista. I installed ubuntu 8.10 and it was working well for me. Grub showed options for both booting into ubuntu as well as vista. But when i tried booting into vista it simply crashes.
So i reinstalled vista and it removed my grub loader.

Now i want to get back grub loader so that I can boot into both vista and ubuntu.

Can someone help???

You should be able to boot a ubuntu live cd and follow this (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=224351) to restore grub.
