Have problem with unstallation

I installed the ubuntu 8.04 as the type that it can be uninstalled from windows. However, when I try to uninstall Ubuntu in the windows, it has no reply after I run Uninstall-Ubuntu.exe.
I have no idea about another way of uninstallation.:confused:
Anyone could help me?
