Hope this is the right part of the forums for this question.

I have installed Apache2 (via synaptic) and now i have no idea how to load it. What is the user interface and how do i get to it. I know u probably think if i dont know how to then i probably shouldnt but im all about trying to learn stuff which is the only reason i want to install it.

I cant find it in any of my menus and just typing apache2 in a term doeesnt seem to work..When i type it i get ((( apache2: bad user name ${APACHE_RUN_USER} )))

help please

Are you sure it isn't running? Did you try loading http://localhost in a browser? The default apache2 page says "It works!"
