hello, I want to compile ardour 2.7.1 with vst support and I have no idea what I am doing. here is a link that maybe you can explain to me ardour 2.7.1 build (http://ardour.org/building) and one for the vst support (http://ardour.org/building_vst_support)
what do I need to download? I want to download it from my schools computer to my flash drive so I could put it on both of my computers, and I have dial up.
I am running 8.10 intreped with gnome
How hard will it be to upgrade to 3.0 when release is stable?
