I wanted to try out arch, but I can't find where to download it? I get on the page, go to downloads, then go to the http downloads, click them, and it comes up with tons of other files. Can someone give me a direct link and tell me what to do?
My computer is 32 bit btw.

For bittorrent its the first links but for direct download click on one of the mirrors. I randomly picked one:

http://mir2.archlinuxfr.org/archlinux/iso/latest/

the iso is

http://mir2.archlinuxfr.org/archlinux/iso/latest/archlinux-2009.02-ftp-i686.iso

You can also get it from www.linuxquestions.org under the download linux link.

I assume you came to link such as this?

http://mirrors.easynews.com/linux/archlinux/iso/

or

http://mirrors.easynews.com/linux/archlinux/iso/latest/

because if so you should really consider whether you really want to try out Arch or not.

Otherwise here's the latest i686 core install cd

I would personally recommend picking the net installation CD, as Arch is known to bork if it doesn't have a nice set of fresh tools.

That'll be good for about two weeks. ;)

A bit off topic, but how does the EXT4 filesystem do on Arch these days? I was considering it, but I am I bit cautious about new filesystems.

My 2nd machine won't work with the more recent versions of the Arch install disk, I had to go back to an old one to get it to install.

On 2009.2 it keeps saying some file is missing, so I'm downloading again.
