Edit:It appears a reboot was all that was need to resolve the issue.

I updated Open Office to 3.0 yesterday from the Ubuntu 8.10 version (2.1? - don't remember now) and now aspell doesn't work for Pidgin. Every word shows up as an error.
I assume aspell got upgraded/moved when I upgrad OOo and now Pidgin doesn't know where to point to for the dictionary.
aspell and aspell-en are definitely installed, I guess I'm just asking where I might point Pidgin to.
