Which TFT Monitor

I've been looking into getting a new monitor for my computer. I have the following requirements:

1. Minimum screen size 19"
2. Sharp/crisp images and text
3. I suffer from eye-strain so this must be taken into consideration
4. Must be able to reduce the brightness a lot! Again problems with my eyes in that they are more sensitive to light than the average person "according to my doctor".

So far I have found the following because they seem to have good specs and I don't want to pay any more than these monitors.

2. AG Neovo F419 (http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X292ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=55183)

Which monitor from the 2 above is the better monitor. Keeping in mind that I have a KVM switch which does not support DVI! If you know of a better monitor which fits my requirements better, please let me know.

Samsung - 8ms Response Time
Neovo - 12ms Response Time


From the Specs the Samsung is Better it have a fast Response Time 8 ms VS 12 of the Neovo the Contrast also is higher in the Samsung model, and the Brightnes is better also :)

So in my Opinion go with the Samsung model :)
