BAsiclly what i want to do is have 2 separate work spaces on my monitors. I have dual monitors hooked up to an 8800GTS Nvidia card. Currently my workspace spans across both monitors. What i want is for each monitor to be its own individual desktop so instead of running a resolution of 3360x1050 i want to run 2 x 1680x1050. I hope Ive been clear as to what im looking for.

The long and sort of it is.. i want to have each monitor as its own workspace.

Currently i have it set up as Twinview in the nvidia settings and seperate X screen setting only lets me use one monitor. How can i get it working.

still looking for help on this issue. if i havent explained it clear enough please let me know.

Since i have multiple monitors id like to have a different background on each, as well as each screen being its own workspace. ie so when i drop to the 3dcube only 1 monitor does it, as it is its own worksapce.
