Need help installing Adobe Flash on Ubuntu 64Bit

I downloaded the one (and only) Adobe Flashplayer for Ubuntu
(and im using Firefox), but when i try to install it, it says:
"Error: Wrong architecture 'i386'"

Have you tried downloading, going to the directory it is in and typing the following?

sudo dpkg --force-architecture -i <packagename>

That would be my first step if you haven't done so.
