every time I open Synaptic two sub-windows on the right side (list of packages and short description of highlighted one) resize themselves and barrier between them goes a fraction of a line lower. that keeps happening until I'm tired of it and move barrier up to 1/2 or so. and, then, again, after some time barrier is low, almost at the bottom.
I think that it happens only in metacity and not in compiz but, since I've stopped using compiz, and since I've gone to open-source ATI driver, I cannot check that now ...
not a great problem but, somehow, annoying ... ;)
what is the right place to file a complaint about that bug?
