HI, friends.

I have been using Gnome-do 0.8 on ubuntu 8.10. I really get used to this app. It just disappear suddenly after I install something through the terminal. It's so wired. I am having a hard time to use my computer without it.
I tried to completely remove the Gnome-do 0.8, then I reinstalled it again after reboot my laptop. But no luck. I still can't active Gnome do even again.
These blow are the commands I ran.

1.
sudo apt-get install libxine1-ffmpeg libxine1-all-plugins libxine1-plugins w32codecs libstdc++5

2.
sudo apt-get install gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg gstreamer0.10-pitfdll gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad-multiverse gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse gstreamer0.10-esd

3.
sudo apt-get install gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mpegdemux gstreamer0.10-gnonlin libasound2-plugins

4.
sudo apt-get install unrar p7zip-full cabextract

5.
sudo apt-get install gstreamer0.10-*

6.
sudo apt-get install libxine-extracodecs totem-xine mplayer-686 ffmpeg lame faad sox mjpegtools libxine-main1

After I installed all these, the gnome-do then disappear.

Hope someone can help me fix this issue. I really need to use the Gnome-do.

Also, I installed those things for fixing the songbird, music player, because it said there were code error. but it still crashed or can't play any music after about 30minutes playback.

Thank you so much.

Kwan
