As I understand to play all dvd's in movie player in need to install this in the terminal to download and then install.Is this correct?

wget -c http://packages.medibuntu.org/pool/free/libd/libdvdcss/libdvdcss2_1.2.9-2medibuntu4_i386.deb
sudo dpkg -i libdvdcss2_1.2.9-2medibuntu4_i386.deb

use vlc thats what I use to watch DVDs
