Hi
I've tried for several times, I installed ubuntu server 8.10 on two HP server machines,DL350,DL385. the setup is succesful but when I restart the systems it cant boot the system, the system found no boot partition it seems. I think its something related to RAID which these servers have by default.
I even changed the config to RAID0 but nothing got better. also during setup, the ubuntu installer prompt that it found RAID device and asks whether I want to enable raid or not, should I let it enable?(I enabled it)
I looked into boot setup in bios, its set to try all the boot devices.
also let me say, HP claims that these systems are fully compatible with debian, so there should be no problem.

please help, I must boot these systems urgently!
thanks in advace.
