Iam installing ubuntu server 7.10 and it prompts that there is no disk drive detected.. what should i do?

my server model is:

I think it can;t detect my hard disk because it is scsi or raid?

I can boot Ubuntu and start the setup but at the step where it is detecting my disk, it says no disk drive found, and lets me choose a driver for my hard disk.
