PUBKEY not available

i started installing a new version of wine and i got these errors i have no clue what to do

I have the exact same problem trying to install Wine and it gave me the error for 5A9A06AEF9CB8DB0 which I am going to need if I want to install Wine.
I tried the suggestion mentioned with the perl script but same error.
I have also tried using the command prompt and the gui interface as some other people have suggest but again same error.
I am using Ubuntu 9.10 so I dunno if its a problem that just has not been sorted out yet.

I have this same problem. I'd prefer to just get rid of it altogether since Wine is not a fan of my low-end old laptop. I am on Lucid now. I have no clue how to get it to stop asking for this specific key. 5A9A06AEF9CB8DB0
