Hello i used to use mac but i decided to get a pc and install ubuntu. this is great but i have a game that only works on mac Never winter nights 2, which i want to get working on 8.10.:(

well if you had the windows version of the installer ( maybe the disk has both like spore, diabl0 2) then just


sudo apt-get install wine then pop the disk in and click the installer.exe

if its a mac only disk, I don't know what you could do

I don't think there is a way to use the game without OS X. Sorry.

Never Winter Nights II works on Ubuntu under Wine.
To install wine, click on System > Administration > Synaptic Package Manager.
Browse through the list and select wine and click on apply.
Once the installation is complete.
Use this (http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=14492) page to fix issues in the game.

I don't think there is any legal way to use that game on your PC.
