Windows - blue & black?
Apple - silver/platinum/gray?
Ubuntu - Brown/orange?

Are there any using green, purple or yellow? I think one of those would look nice for Karmic.

I hope this is the right place for this, got it from a friend who had to reload Vista yesterday. I think this is the color of Vista;

Windows - brown mostly (stupid name in my eyes, mixes cold- and warm-coloured letters)
Linux - blue and gray, a little crimson (a cold-coloured word)(looks nice)
Mac OS X - orange-yellow, some white/gray (nice gradient here)
BSD - blue, yellow, brown (for each letter)
Ubuntu is coincidentally overall orange/brown (but mixes some cold letters like "window" does)
slackware looks yellow
debian is crimson (dark-warm coloured)(also looks nice)

Oh, you meant what colors their themes look like? ;)
In the sense the poster asked, Crux Linux is purple i think, gOS is green, and I guess Yellow Dog Linux is ... yellow? :) Windows is certainly green and blue (think XP)

Synesthesia is fun :)

CRUX really doesn't have much of a theme by default ;)

You likely mean the Crux theme for GNOME, which is purple.

The Archlinux forum and logo is close to the shade of Azure Blue: http://www.archlinux.org/

I feel that each OS is really whatever color you feel like making it:
