Since I got metacity to render stuff, I can use it as my default window manager, but I still want compiz to show off to my friends. But compiz is a bit slow, it takes about 5 extra seconds on the start up, metacity is faster. I have a script, that would launch compiz. But I want to disable its automatic start-up. Could you tell me how ?
