Lost Files

Hi. I've just installe Ubuntu 8.10. I was using Windows Vista before this and in the install option I chose "Install inside Windows". My problem is that I can't find any of my old files or folders when using Ubuntu. Is there any way to access those files? Also is there any easy way to switch between Ubuntu and Windows without having to restart? Thnxx!

To view your files that are on the windows partition you can go to
/hosts (places > computer > file system > host)


Also is there any easy way to switch between Ubuntu and Windows without having to restart?No I don't think there is. Not unless you changed your setup and use something like virtualbox.
