I am looking at moving users over from Eudora to Thunderbird and I am running into a few problems. I have attempted the automatic migration but it seems like there are a few problems with this. What I am trying to do now is just setup a fresh installation and then put my filters in for specific folders but the following problems occur.....
1. Several of the buttons are dimmed out in the Message Filters box(edit, delete, move up, move down,run now , and run selected filters on) so I cannot use them.
2. The filters are not working automatically either.
I have tried this on two different installations on two different computers and I am getting the same thing so I am guessing that its something that I am just not aware of that I am overlooking but I don't know that for sure
