Cause of excitement :
1) HAMMER can be used without any fear. It is stable !
2) DVD iso with X and a lot of packages.
3) USB image !

1) and 3) do it for me. Damn excited !

Well, its a new project (relatively) and and the progress they are making is just awesome. Plus, their HAMMER file system is pretty interesting and new, of course. Check out the website to get more details Also, a USB disk image is really good news. Very progressive !

I think I'm going to try this one out on my laptop.

I looked at their website but I can't seem to find a list of available packages?

They continued with the 4.x series BSD.

I think I'm going to try this one out on my laptop.

I looked at their website but I can't seem to find a list of available packages?

That's from a Japan mirror. So..maybe try a nearer mirror which keeps the packages ? Couldn't find a text list though. ;)

Thanks but I have already gone to the mirrors. I'm looking for something with a friendlier web interface where I don't have to dig through folders.
