I just installed a kernel that i compiled (2.6.28.5) and for a number of reasons I want to uninstall it. However, it isn't listed in the synaptic package manager and i'm not sure what a command would be that would uninstall it. (sudo apt-get remove linux-image-2.6.28.5 etc. doesn't work). This may be a really simple question but help would be greatly appreciated.
