Capacitor start/induction run motor (switch) question?

My question is regarding the switch. I know it is a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) / Two Way Single Pole(UK) / Three Way Single Pole(USA) switch depending on where you live.

Would this switch be make-before-break or break-before-make???

I'm leaning towards break-before-make.

Double-throw switches are almost exclusively break-before-make. Make-before-break two-way switches are available, but are quite uncommon (and typically need to be custom ordered).
