Help desk software

Do any of you have recommendations on an open-source help desk/issue tracker system that is web based?

I am looking for something that can track issues on multiple software projects with both developers and end-users submitting new issues.

Those are the ones that I know of and have used before, all quite straightforward to install and to get up and running.
