I am going to be using server for hosting a inhouse pbx and basic PHP websites. However, I am unsure if I want to go with Ubuntu Server:

1. Does Ubuntu Server have a easy install and setup for FreePBX?
2. Is Webmin good for managing Ubuntu Server? Is there another web based management tool for controling Apache and the Server?

So far as the pbx you'd be better of sticking with asteriskNow. I've had many a headache with freepbx and ubuntu.

As far as website and email server management goes, I'm a big fan of ISPConfig: http://www.ispconfig.org. To prepare your server to accept ISPConfig out of the box, you can follow this tutorial: http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-ubuntu-8.10
