install kde using live cd

how to install kde(kubuntu) on my ubuntu with help of live cd and without any internet connection....
i'm using ubuntu 8.04...and i've downloaded "kubuntu-8.10-desktop-i386.iso" cd..
i hope you got my question...and i'm a complete newbee...

put the cd in, restart your computer.

(if it doesn't enter into the live cd, then you will have to enter the bios menu and tell the computer to boot from the cd drive first)

once in live cd, just run the installer and go throught the steps Slowly...

i dont want to kubuntu with a separate partition,but want to install a kde desktop version,,and do you think i can install kde with kubuntu 8.10 to my ubuntu 8.04
