hey, i cant install any themes . i am just confused :confused:

If you are using GNOME, go to www.gnome-look.org and download the theme file. It will usually be a .tar file.

Right click on your desktop and choose change background
switch to the themes tab
Now just drag and drop the .tar theme file you downloaded onto the themes window

You might get better help if when you post you're a bit more specific.

How are you currently trying to install themes? Are you using GNOME, XFCE or KDE?

i am using gnome
