Ok, im wondering, whats the best for my pc here. 2 Options

1. Have xubuntu on virtual pc
2. Install with wubi

Pc specs:

800mhz processer
256mb ram
Nvidia Ge-Force (30 mb) video card.

Great pc, 9 years old, uses only about 120mb of page file usage at a time on windows xp. Whats my best option?

Between those two...wubi...although, a full dual boot would be best.

I agree with spcwingo here; a virtualized operating system is going to be very slow on your system. A full dual boot would indeed be the best option; if you elect to resize your existing XP partition, please be advised that it may take a *long* time to complete.

In all honesty, throwing an extra 256 MB of RAM in your machine would also make a huge difference in performance. Good luck!
