recovering encrypted partition

Hello.

I've encrypted my /home partition during the alternate setup of Ubuntu. Today I've reinstalled the system. But the problem is that the installer did not recognized the encrypted partition. I installed the system, leaving the encrypted partition untouched.

Does anyone have an idea how to set up the system so my /home partition will mount again when booting?
