Has any one installed ubuntu on gigabyte ga-ma78gm-s2h mobo with RAID1, here the raid is configured through hardware raid provided by the mobo.
If yes, can you please list down the steps.
I am trying to do RAID1 with my two 1.5TB seagate drives (I know there may be issues with drive but still), will the hardware raid work with ubuntu install?
Can I use existing install on 1.5TB as raid or will I loose all my data??
Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated...
