Any compelling reason to upgrade?

I currently have a stable install of Ubuntu Hardy. Is there any compelling reason to upgrade to Intrepid?:confused:

If you are happy with your Hardy there is no reason to upgrade.

Nope. You're fine where you are. Also, support for Hardy ends in 2011, support for Intrepid ends in 2010.
