Alright, so I'm doing a complete install of Ubuntu 8.10 to my desktop, and it all seemed to run fairly smoothly. It prompted me to remove the disk, which I did, but upon restarting after that, it brought up a quick screen, and then proceeded to scroll through hundreds of errors very rapidly.
From what I caught, it said it was a non-fatal PCIE error. Not sure how to fix this.
Basic desktop stats:
MSI Micro Motherboard (Forget the specs)
AMD Athalon 64X 6000+
nVidia GeForce 8800
Acer Moniter
320 GB Seagate Barracuda Harddrive
80 GB other harddrive
I am going to see if installing 8.04 instead will work, but if anyone can offer an assistance, I would appreciate it.
