I had some updates to install on my Ubuntu (8.10).
One of them was Firefox 3.0
After it was all over, I restarted my browser, but Firefox won't work, it shows the address bar and all of that stuff, but the rest stays white and I can't do anything on it. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it like 20 times, and restarted my computer, nothing works. Right now I'm using Epiphany browser, and I hate it!
How can I make it work again?

I'm wondering if it is a problem with FF plugins or extensions. Will Tools/Addons open so you can see them? If so disable them then restart and see what happens.

If it loads then you can enable them one by one to see which one is the problem.

Also.. you can start Firefox from a terminal window and see if there is some output that may be helpfull.
