I was trying to dual boot windows and linux. Linux was already installed on the computer but i had un partitioned space left over so i decided to installed windows because I am trying to fix windows on a different drive. Anyways my problem is that windows crashed during installation and now i get a blue screen about un mountable volume, and now windows will not boot nor will my linux boot. I got on with the live cd and found out that it is set to boot to /dev/sda1 which is where the windows was/is. My question is how to I change it to boot to a different /dev/sda the one where my linux is installed. I am sure this is a easy set of commands but i cant figure it out. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
