Ok I installed windows 7 on one of my laptops all fine and dandy dual boot but laptop died 4days later for unrelated issues dam power port. I removed hard drive and connected to my netbook via usb and I cannot boot into windows. I realized I dont need anything I dont have backed up and want to just wipe drive and install Windows on it. Problem is I have no CD drive to install with I have ISO, Ubuntu, and a External Drive(one im installing to) is there a way to do this or will I need a computer with a drive.

Think their is a way to stick a Windows ISO onto a USB thumb drive and turn it into a bootable device.
