I bought this LED sweetheart for my girlfriend. http://www.quasarelectronics.com/velleman/mk101-flashing-led-sweetheart-kit.htm
This is the first thing I've ever soldered together and I'm having a slight problem. There is a group of 4 LEDs that won't turn on and I'm not sure what I should do to resolve this. They all seem to have the correct polarity. Also, after trying to move the solder around a bit, the working LEDs instead of flashing are just staying lit.
What do you guys think?
