I can't believe I finally go this to work.
Here is what I changed to get the test page to print.
On the Windows XP machine I wasn't using a password, so I added one. Control Panel, Users, click on user name and Add Password.
Then I followed the instructions from the link below, and viola, solved for me! The user name and password for Authorization in U8.10 are from the machine I used to log in with no password.
