View Full Version : [ubuntu] persistent install on microsdhc?

first, i apologize if this is the wrong section to post this question in.

i have a 8gb transcend microsdhc card with sd and usb adpater.

my question is, is it possible to install ubuntu or a persistent ubuntu on this card through a usb card adapter?

boot from usb and all.

card only cost me 5$ anyways ;)

well, all seems to be working. but the casper-rw wouldn't exceed 4gb. so im kinda bummed on that.

is there anyway to get the installer to see /dev/sdb and install to it, instead of using a persistent system?
