Change window title font colour in XFCE?

I can't figure out how to change the colour of text that appears in window titles. Anyone know?

Change the theme, tweak someone else's theme, or make your own.

I've looked at the files in /usr/share/themes and ~/.themes but they all seem to be graphics files apart from one *rc file, none of which makes any sense to me.

Say I have a theme called blurgh in ~/.themes what file would I need to edit to change the window text colour? I guess it's a fairly involved process as there's nothing straightforward on the subject to be googled AFAICS.

OK, got it in the themerc file. Just have to find a colour that matches and its 'HTML' value now...
