Ok, I'm reasonably new to Ubuntu and very new to the Ubuntu Forums so go easy on me.

I have a TOSHIBA Satellite Pro L300 with the following specs (as advertised):
120GB HDD (Yeah right, its more like 104GB)
2GB of RAM (that at least is true)
Intel Pentium Dual CPU T2390 at 1.86Ghz 1.87Ghz

The laptop came with Vista Business, but I want to dual boot between that and Ubuntu 8.10, with each OS having half the HDD space. I'm just wondering what sort of issues (if any) I might run into. My biggest question is Will I still be able to use Vista? If anybody out there has done what I want to do, or knows about it I would be forever grateful for some assistance.

I got too excited to wait for a reply and went on with the Installation. Everything worked out of the box except wireless, but I remedied that issue by using a helpful how to here: http://madberry.org/2008/11/how-to-get-atheros-ar242x-to-work-on-810-intrepid-ibex/ So all is well! :D
