searching network drawing software ???

is there some software that allows network drawing, for example i have image with size 14000x13000 and friend has same too and i want to use network drawing on image to discuss and plan things that is needed like road points etc...

it may be even windows software only but it is needed. thanks if anyone can help.

I'm sorry, but neither your thread nor your initial post quite exactly explain (at least to me) what it is you're looking for. Can you restate it in more specific terms?

Yes, there are such programs, but I cannot remember what it is called (dabble, sketch?). So do some Googling for collaborative drawing/sketching or some such.

i know inkscape has a whiteboard function, that lets someone collaboratively draw, over jabber...
