hi,
I just installed mt-daapd, the Firefly music server, and I am in awe. Less than 5 minutes to set up, and my gf's macbook autodiscovered and is now happily playing my music collection. YAY!

But, there is a file missing, /etc/mt-daapd.playlist that is able to create smart playlists. For whatever reason, synaptic did not install the file. I even downloaded a tarball of Firefly and looked in the "contrib" directory where it is supposed to be ... still not there.

SO, does anyone have the text of their /etc/mt-daapd.playlist file that they can post here (or tell me what I am doing wrong?)

Thanks SO MUCH!
Mary

Mary,

My files are located differently, /usr/share/mtdaapd/admin-root and there is no .playlist file and as i use fireplay i don't really see the need.
