View Full Version : [ubuntu] install drivers to a Virtual Mach with WindowXP????

hey buddies,
i don't get to install my drivers for USB or any driver for chipset in general when in my Windows XP VirtualMachine in Ubuntu. Can some one help me with that.??

When i insert the "Intel Express Installer Drivers and Software App" CD it runs and after a while it shows a window saying something like "your current system it is NOT using this drivers "... or so.

simply, don't let me install any chipset driver from the CD, (mentioned before) it show them all (needed drivers) marked but the Install buttom does not shows up as 'clickable'.
Any other way to install them??
All this inside a Windows XP Virtual Machine, on Ubuntu.

the hardware is all virtualized. You can't install those drivers.
