Hello all,

I am trying to locate a them that I created.

The theme appears in the following: System -> Preferences -> Appearance in the background tab. I wish to save this theme as a file and send it to a find to install on their computer.

How do I do this?

I see in the location:

/usr/share/themes folder there is a list of directories. However the theme I created(called nightVision) is not present.

Not sure where I went wrong.

The appearance program does not require super user rights which you would need to adding the themes to /usr/share/themes so it will be added to ~/.themes which is much more logical as this is made for your user.
