Terminal commands in the real world?

hi all. i don't know if this will amuse anybody (probably not - i have a very juvenile sense of humour) but i nearly crashed my car the other day when i was driving and noticed a real estate agent in my home town has a terminal command for a name viz "Chown". they actually started life as a builder many many years ago but... anyway, this got me thinking, has anybody else noticed anything similar at all?
